Scott advises our clients on a range of sophisticated real estate and business matters. Scott’s real estate practice includes land use, development, leasing, financing, purchases and other transactions, as well as regulatory compliance, including CEQA, the Subdivision Map Act, ESA, the Clean Water Act and the Clean Air Act. His business practice focuses complex business transactions, entity formation, restructuring, winery law, agricultural transactions, loan workouts, and related lending issues. Scott also has extensive experience with transfers of water supplies, water rights, related litigation, the representation of public and private water entities, farm program compliance, and other agricultural issues. Mr. Greenwood-Meinert came to Gaw Van Male from the Law Offices of Gary W. Sawyers. Prior to that he was with the Fresno County Counsel Office. |
