Juliana, who speaks Italian fluently, was appointed to the Executive Board of the Napa Bar Association and was elected president for the Napa County Women Lawyers Association.
She studied and received her certificate in European Union law through Tulane University School of Law in Italy where she studied under South African Justice Richard Goldstone, chief prosecutor of the United Nations War Crimes Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia.
